We're hiring a Sales Leader, Dairy & Milking Parlour Hygiene Specialist
We’re proud to support the dairy farming community with reliable, high-quality products and hands-on expertise.
We currently have opportunities for motivated and knowledgeable salespeople to join us.
We’re looking to appoint a technical leader who will develop and lead a team selling dairy hygiene and milking parlour chemicals.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in agricultural sales, supporting local dairy farmers and working with our trusted suppliers to deliver solutions that really make a difference.
What you’ll be doing:
☑️Supporting Existing Customers: Build strong, lasting relationships on farm with our loyal customer base, ensuring they get the advice and products needed.
☑️Driving New Business: Identify new opportunities and grow our customer base across Shropshire and into adjoining counties.
☑️Product Expertise: Recommend and supply our proven range of dairy hygiene and milking parlour chemicals, tailored to each farm’s needs.
☑️Problem Solving: Be a trusted partner to farmers, offering practical support and guidance in the parlour.
☑️Working with Suppliers: Collaborate closely with our network of trusted suppliers to ensure we continue delivering the best solutions on the market.
☑️Teamwork: Developing a motivated team of salespeople focussing on dairy and parlour hygiene
What we’re looking for:
⭐Strong knowledge in milking parlour hygiene and systems
⭐Experience in agriculture and dairy sales
⭐A self-motivated, organised individual who thrives on building relationships
⭐Confident face-to-face approach
⭐Passion for supporting farmers and delivering excellent customer service
⭐Team player comfortable collaborating with colleagues and suppliers to deliver for our customers
⭐Based in or willing to work across Shropshire and reaching into adjoining counties
⭐Full driving licence
