What a great idea! Recycle old toothbrushes ♻️ 🪥

Call for tooth brushes 🪥🪥🪥🪥🦷
Strangely this isn’t going well ?
Why would people not want to donate an old tooth brush to be given a second life and used in a environment educational sculpture ?
Question 2
Shouldn’t they be recyclable anyway by now, why can’t the bristles be changed for new, same as you would with a broom head ?

What do you think ?

Ps Give us your old brushes - don’t throw them in the bin !!!

There are a number of coughs and colds that seem to be going around at the moment. Just a reminder that if you have suffered from any viral infection (including being poorly with Covid-19) it is important to replace your toothbrush or electric toothbrush head .Notorious microbes can stick to the bristles of your toothbrush and cause re-infection.

LENT

One of the Most common things people give up for Lent is Sugary snacks especially Chocolate. Here are some of our top tips to help you resist the urge .

1.Drink Plenty of Water - quite often we think we are hungry when in fact we are thirsty

2. Grab a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts - studies have shown that low magnesium levels can cause sugar cravings . Foods high in magnesium include peanuts, bananas, almonds and avocado .

3. Get enough sleep- quite often if we are tired, we turn to sugary snacks for a 'quick fix' or 'energy boost'

4. If you aren't cutting out completely, maybe have a couple of squares of dark chocolate to help resist a sugar binge

5. If you are an evening binger, brush your teeth early on in the night as this may discourage you to snack on sugary foods.

6. Chew sugar-free gum -

7. Don't skip meals as this can lead to unnecessary sugar snacking

8. If you see a sugary snack as a treat, try and practice self-care in a different sugar-free way such as taking a long bubble bath or watching a new boxset.

1. The one who will continue to play with it, twist it, wobble it until it comes out .

2. The one who will not let anyone see it, let alone touch it enough for it to come out.
