I feel like we are just getting more and more fortunate with our 2025 interviews.

Today we bring you a wonderful discussion with Helen Dobra, the driving force and producer behind the Tom Bowen fil "These Two Hands" co-founder and co-ordinator of the Natural Therapy Institute, organiser of the Bowen Global Summit, where she will ,be presenting on "Surviving to Thriving".

Helen is also a Qigong teacher and mindfulness mentor with a depth of experience and training in trauma release. Having studies with Anne Schubert and practicing TRTP, which she uses to great effect with teens struggling with ADHD and PTSD, Helen is a great example of how broadening our perspectives from the basics of Bowen gives us a much deeper and more thorough approach to supporting the lives of those who come to us.

Another conversation that was really enjoyable to undertake and Helen shares the benefits of taking part in this year's Bowen Global Summit, which our own communications office Ben Calder is also a guest speaker on, along with over 20 significant speakers on Bowen, fascia, business and wellness.
