There was a pivotal moment when my twins were little, when I was overcome with guilt. They'd been diagnosed with severe speech delay at 3.5 years and I remember lying in bed feeling absolutely dreadful I hadn't sought support or noticed sooner. Roll on 20 years later and I can look back with compassion on myself as a first time mum knowing that with the right support every problem can be solved. I know there is always a way.

That's why I trained as an Intuitive Energy therapist and support children. I saw mine moving forward quickly with a combination of speech and energy therapy. I am so grateful.

So if you are struggling for whatever reason with your babies, littlies or teens please know there is always a way. It may just be an alternative way and if you'd like to know more please do reach out.

And currently my twins are travelling in Thailand.. They grew into great conversationalists who can talk with confidence to anybody. 💞🤗✨

Personally I don't like labels, I believe they are designed to make us feel less than.

Alternatively I believe humanity's evolutionary and higher vibrational expansion is being seen in the extra sensory skills of children and adults. We are all individually unique and special, and accepting others from the heart gifts us all freedom. 💗🙏✨

This is so important.. Individual needs... Kindness.

Currently I am saddened by unhappy children at primary school. Pre covid it was ordinarily children at high school, understandably so as teens step into their self empowerment of the solar plexus.

Many primary schools have lost their joy. Children acting out of fear, anxious to attend, feeling unsafe. Not all but many. I hear too often the system is broken. It was built in the victorian era, it requires changing. Many children are struggling as they fight to change it from within. My children fought to change it from within. The struggle as parents is real. If you'd like support for yourself or your children please reach out.

Anger is an emotion that needs equally acknowledging like happiness.

Create a safe space for the release of this anger... Hitting a pillow/punchbag/cushion, hissing like a snake tongue between teeth, shouting in the car or out in nature, banging a drum, hitting sticks against a log.

For an older child writing it down, drawing a picture and burning it may help and then create another writing/picture that expresses happiness something that creates a release for your child..

Try a few and find which suits best.

Always affirm that it's OK to be angry but not hit others, or hurt others via unkind words. 💕

Remember as a parent to not take harsh words personally, though I know it's hard. It's a huge honour in many ways.. You are a safe space which they feel safe enough to release their pain. Remember anger is pain and hurt that needs releasing. ###

Please say hello telepathically to babies in pushchairs 🤗

Many of our new baby arrivals are old souls. Many are extra intuitive with skills of empathy, inner knowing and seeing we cannot even begin to comprehend.

I am truly fascinated by what my young clients sense, feel and know energetically. The colours of energy they see and the vibrations of energy they feel is truly magical.

So if you see a baby in a pushchair say hello to them quietly in your awareness and heart💕 Tell them you're here holding a loving and light space for them to grow up in. Tell them they are not alone, that you see them. Importantly thank them for coming. 🙏🙏🙏

Then you will usually see that baby maintain eye contact until you are out of sight. The baby has heard you, and is consequently feeling more welcomed, safe and seen in this crazy world.

Extend this practice to those souls who are verbally mute or choose not to speak. I know you will be energetically rewarded by acknowledgement from them.

Thankyou for holding space for our new soul arrivals in this way. I really really appreciate it for their sakes.

Energy sensitive children often require anchoring in so they are earthed properly. Being earthed means they can be fully present during their day and "aren't away with the fairies", a term we often use when describing children.

Crystals are great at earthing children in gently. Haematite is one of the big 5 earthing crystals. Here's one of my little souls I see who benefits so much from the earthing qualities of haematite. I found this necklace in a charity shop calling this little souls name to me to be gifted forward.

Intuitive children can be aligned to the empowering energy of crystals. I have had little souls find the energy in crystal shops too overpowering so please be mindful when entering crystal shops.

The children are really requesting that as parents we hold a lighter space for them... When we do this we make their lives easier as they don't have to deal with our negativity and lower energetic vibrations.

What can you do to make your life feel lighter?

✨Having a spring clean and declutter in your home helps.

✨Going for a walk in nature naturally releases negativity.

✨Having an Epsom salt bath.

✨Going for a healing.

✨Creating a little laughter in our day.

✨Lighting a candle and inviting in some good vibes.

✨Carrying crystals for support.

These can be little things that simply take minutes but which lighten our energy and make us feel joyful.

Every morning I light a candle and invite in a joyful day and spin this little top I got in a cracker a few Christmas' ago.... It always starts my day off with a smile.
