📸 In this case, a healthy female patient who smokes 10 ci******es a day presented with a missing lower second molar, previously lost to interradicular infection.

Using the GTB protocol, Dr Kobolt placed an Advan GTB TZero implant (13.5mm x 4.3mm) with a 4.5mm GFA abutment.

Healing proceeded over five months, followed by a titanium-ceramic crown.

Radiographs taken post-op and one year later show stable results with a BTPS score of 4, demonstrating solid peri-implant bone support.
