Reflexology for menopause support is a complementary therapy designed to support you through this transition in life.

It is suitable for most women who would like some support during peri menopause and menopause.

Reflexology is an ancient holistic treatment that uses pressure points on the feet that mirror the reflex points of all the organs and parts of the body. This is done by means of massage, circular motions, thumb walking etc.
By stimulating these reflex points it stimulates a boost of circulation in the body, allowing blocked energies to flow around the body better, aid hormone balance and bring calm to the mind and body.

Full consultation is done before your treatment so that we can find the correct plan, depending on your symptoms.

A ‘Healthy Menopause’ guide is given to you for your own reading so you can understand why the treatment is important and how you can support your own journey.

Treatment plans can incorporate hormone balance sequence, stress relief and inflammation sequence to allow the body to relax, restore and find its own balance.

This is not a quick fix treatment, although many women find that they can sleep better after their first treatment or feel calmer and more relaxed. 5/6 weekly treatment initially are encouraged to really focus on symptoms and get the whole mind and body used to the treatment. Many of my clients will then have monthly top up treatments to keep on top of things and allow that much needed time to themselves.

Easter week was spent in the highlands of Scotland at Katie & Jack’s wedding (Simon’s niece).

This is why we love lash lifts so much!!!👁️

Looking closely at my clients lashes, I knew we had potential here!
It was her first time having them done and I think she was blown away. No more wearing mascara for up to 8 weeks🤩
It made her eyes look more open and really defined them.

We used profusion with a medium flex shield, blue black tint and coated them in .uk Everlasting Keratin lash conditioner.
