Yoga with Sal

Yoga with Sal Hi, I'm Sal Mager and I teach Yoga in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. For more information please contact me at yogawithsal@gmail.com

I teach on a Tuesday evening 7.00pm-8.30pm at Draper's Place, Horsefair, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury SY2 6BP. The classes are suitable for mixed abilities including beginners. Through a gentle but powerful flow of movement, we build strength and flexibility in the body whilst working with the breath to bring a sense of calm and encourage the development of mindful awareness. I am delighted to be able to share my love of this practice through teaching others. I am a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher and have been teaching since 2013.
