I teach on a Tuesday evening 7.00pm-8.30pm at Draper's Place, Horsefair, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury SY2 6BP. The classes are suitable for mixed abilities including beginners. Through a gentle but powerful flow of movement, we build strength and flexibility in the body whilst working with the breath to bring a sense of calm and encourage the development of mindful awareness.
