Barefoot Soul Welcome to my page ! I'm Andi & I’m the creator of Barefoot Soul Sanctuary, a community healing space in the heart of Shropshire 🙏

Barefoot Soul is a holistic therapy practice with a difference.For 34 years I was a senior nurse in the NHS and whilst I absolutely adored my role, I knew that there was something missing. Working in emergency medicine meant I spent a lot of time with people in crisis and I wanted to be in a position to help people truly transform, rather than being purely focused on fixing the physical ailment. I'm passionate about empowering people to take responsibility for their health & wellness and assisting and supporting them on a journey to their most delicious life, the one that they might be putting on hold until .......(retirement/the kids starting school, leaving home/getting a new job or whatever it may be). I don't want you putting yourself at the bottom of a huge pile of tasks & responsibilities. I don't want you to be stuck in your old trauma and holding on to old stories and limiting beliefs that are simply not true. I don't want you simply waiting. Life is too short to wait......

Our therapist is trained in foot, hand and ear reflexology techniques ,Indian Head Massage, facial reflexology & Zone Face Lift .Reflexology can help support those living with long term health issues ,stress and poor sleep - to find out if we can help you please do get in touch.A combination of treatments is also available.

Zone Face Lift is a revolutionary luxury facial experience unlike any other.Designed as a 12 week programme ,our therapist Andrea will guide you through self care tips and daily routines, in addition to a combined session of facial reflexology, massage & sculpting using ancient and modern techniques.Andrea trained with Ziggie Bergman in London and is delighted to bring this treatment to Shropshire.

We are interested in the mind & body connection to disease and illness and will work with you to restore balance and improve health and well being.
