My name is Helen, and I’m into my 9th year now based at Bennetts Business Centre, in a beautiful village surrounded by the Shropshire hills in Pontesbury. I became a Holistic Therapist as in today's world, its far too busy and we never give enough "me time" for ourselves, so I wanted to wor

k with people on a one to one basis helping them whether it's through a Complementary Therapy or a beauty treatment. It's about helping to make you feel good about yourself. As we all know, wellness is strongly linked to happiness and if we're happy, then life flows smoothly.
