My name is Helen, and I’m into my 9th year now based at Bennetts Business Centre, in a beautiful village surrounded by the Shropshire hills in Pontesbury. I became a Holistic Therapist as in today's world, its far too busy and we never give enough "me time" for ourselves, so I wanted to work with people on a one to one basis helping them whether it's through a Complementary Therapy or a beauty treatment. It's about helping to make you feel good about yourself. As we all know, wellness is strongly linked to happiness and if we're happy, then life flows smoothly. When I first started up self employed, I had a vision that all the products I would use would be Ethical, Animal Cruelty free / Vegan and certified Organic. ✨️ When you bring a new crystal into your life, it deserves more than a place on a shelf or a quiet ride in your pocket. Crystals aren’t just pretty objects; they’re energetic tools with purpose. But like any tool, they need direction.

Before you work with a crystal, cleanse it of any energies it has picked up along the way—anything that no longer serves its highest purpose. Once it’s clear, charge and activate it with your intention. That’s the moment its energy begins to align with yours. It has a natural role to play, but it also needs your input. How else would it know what you’re asking it to support?

Crystals don’t work in isolation. Your participation, your respect, and your trust in the process are what awaken their true power. 🙌 💜 ✨️
