My name is Helen, and I’m into my 9th year now based at Bennetts Business Centre, in a beautiful village surrounded by the Shropshire hills in Pontesbury. I became a Holistic Therapist as in today's world, its far too busy and we never give enough "me time" for ourselves, so I wanted to work with people on a one to one basis helping them whether it's through a Complementary Therapy or a beauty treatment. It's about helping to make you feel good about yourself. As we all know, wellness is strongly linked to happiness and if we're happy, then life flows smoothly. When I first started up self employed, I had a vision that all the products I would use would be Ethical, Animal Cruelty free / Vegan and certified Organic.
