It’s been a busy weekend for our volunteers in Shrewsbury.
On Friday we had a team out at Shrewsbury College alongside Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service teaching students roadside first aid.
Today we have had a team out at Severn Bridges 10km alongside a colleague from Oswestry St John Ambulance.

This evening Shrewsbury Network did a mass casualty scenario setting up a casualty clearing station. Training like this ensures that we are prepared for all eventualities.

Calling all actors!

We’re looking for Some amazing members of the public to help us by being casualties on on Wednesday 23rd (next week) at our Shrewsbury base 19:30 - 21:00 for a scenario evening.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help support your local lifesaving volunteers with their important training.

This weekend we will have our team out at the Oswestry Food & Drink Festival to provide first aid cover. We will also be demonstrating first aid skills and operating a recruitment stand.
