Yule is arriving at the studio this year and you are cordially invited!

Over the next week or so, my Yule offerings, gift box menu and newest creations will be weaving their way into the world, for those seeking consciously made gifts and heart-led experiences, rooted in intention.

From 29th November to 20th December, the studio will open each Saturday, 10–4pm and I’d love to share my space with you!

The studio will be transformed into a pop-up shop, a space to pause and breathe. You’re welcome to pop in, sip cacao, pull a few cards, and just take your time. Touch, smell, feel, a Hansen Botanics safe haven amidst the hustle and bustle of the season.

You’ll be able to:

HB’s autumn newsletter arrives on Sunday morning. This is a special, to be enjoyed in bed with a hot cup of tea. We are welcoming a new brand to the studio, and to the UK for the first time.

If you’d like to receive my seasonal musings, I shall attach the sign up link below. I only send out maybe 4 or 5 a year; they’re like letters really. They are for people who prefer long form content, want to share recipes, learn about plants, the body and interesting thoughts.

☁️ 🌌BIG NEWS • EXPANSION • FACIAL THERAPY • SEPTEMBER ‘25 🌌☁️

At long last! After nearly a year of visioning, study, and creation, I am overjoyed to share that a new chapter is unfolding at HB: Facial Therapy arrives in the studio this autumn, in the form of The Cosmos Facial.

This offering has been born from devotion and deep work, shaped through training, guided (always) by nature and intuition, and designed as a treatment that is wholly my own.
Cosmos is a weaving of the poetry of flowers, herbs and touch with modern technology. As you will know, all of my treatments are consciously and elementally named after the feelings the natural world evokes within us, and what is more ancient yet futuristic than the cosmos itself?

Cosmos is nervous system restoration, lymphatic drainage, fascia release, massage, and the wisdom of plants meeting with the gentle power of advanced non-invasive tech, making this facial ritual both ancient and futuristic, a true meeting of worlds!

Launching this September (date soon to be revealed). I cannot wait to welcome you into this next evolution of Hansen Botanics

Welcome to The Apothecary, a carefully curated collection of high-quality herbs, functional tinctures, and sensorial potions, designed to support women’s wellbeing. As the first of its kind in Shrewsbury, this space is rooted in intention, integrity, and serves its purpose to care for both people and planet.

To simply claim something is natural is not enough.

That’s why I source a vast quantity of my ingredients from biodynamic farms, many of which have in-house herbalists who oversee cultivation with the utmost respect for the earth. Biodynamic farming goes beyond organic; it considers the vitality of the soil, the balance of wildlife, and the interconnectedness of all living things. After all, what’s the point in working with plants to support our health if harvesting them harms the planet we depend on? We are one and the same.

For every herb, potion, or mushroom you purchase, a portion of the profits is donated through my partnership with So far, we’ve supported 150 reforestation projects around the world, something I’m deeply proud of as a tiny, independent business. This is all about reconnecting with your senses and inner wisdom on one of the most energetically potent days of the year.

You’ll be guided through the art of aromatherapy blending, creating your own personal scent and turning it into a bespoke body oil tailored to suit your unique being. I will teach you self massage techniques so you can anoint yourself and continue your practice at home.

Hosted in the historical Swan Hill Studios in Shrewsbury town centre, you’ll also receive:

🌞 An immersive sound bath by with a head massage by me
