This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and we want to talk about how much BAcC practitioners can help those in our communities struggling with mental health issues.

Traditional acupuncture and Chinese Medicine is a holistic discipline, and treats the whole person rather than the ‘disease’. The aetiology for depression, anxiety, and stress can be complex and varied from person to person.

Just completed the second weekend of our Supervision and Mentoring training with a lovely group of fellow very experienced acupuncturists. It is a great privilege to be learning from the leaders . Delving deeply to help us build our skills to support our fellow colleagues. Having had Supervision for the last 5 years Ive seen a difference that this makes to my practice. Making the most of London I added a trip to see Moulin Rouge, (went the wrong way on the tube🤭) and enjoyed picnics in the park with lovely people. #
