Clive Patient Participation Group - PPG The PPG is here to give Patients a Voice, Improve Services, Give Feedback and Support the Community.

The PPG is a partnership between patients and the practice team who come together to discuss ideas and represent patient views.

Road Closure Notice

Shropshire Council, are planning to carry out essential carriageway repairs on Draw Well, Clive.

These works will be completed with a Road Closure in place on Friday 3rd October to Monday 6th October only between the hours of 09:30am – 16:00pm, excluding weekends.

Residents and Local Businesses – Access to properties and business premises within the closure area will be maintained. However, please note there may be minor delays.

Waiting Room Refurbishment !

You might have noticed that we’re having a face lift at the surgery. We’ve already started making changes to the reception area and we will be moving onto the waiting room in the new year.

If there are any improvements you’d specifically like to see in the waiting room area we’d love to hear your thoughts please.

Welcome everyone

So - What is the Patient Participation Group or PPG?

Clive Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of people who are patients of the surgery and want to help it work as well as it can for it's Patients, Doctors and Staff.

It's a brilliant way for patients to have a voice in shaping the services they receive at their own practice. It's essentially a partnership of people who meet regularly to discuss how the practise can be improved.

The NHS requires every practice to have a PPG.

You will also gain a better understanding of the NHS, and gather feedback from other patients.
