👋Meet Melinda, our fantastic Field Care Supervisor!👋

🌟Melinda has been an invaluable part of our team for over two and a half years, playing a key role as our Field Care Supervisor. In this position, she ensures the highest standards of care by conducting regular spot checks, making sure our care professionals comply with best practices. Her efforts are essential to maintaining the top-tier quality of care that we pride ourselves on.

🌟In addition to these regular checks, Melinda conducts client reviews every three months. These visits are crucial for keeping care plans up to date and ensuring each care package continues to meet the changing needs of our clients.

🌟Having lived in Switzerland for 30 years, Melinda is fluent in both Swiss German and German. Outside of work, she’s also been involved in puppy socialization classes and enjoys bringing her dog, Bertie, along to visit clients.

💙Melinda’s dedication to quality and her attention to detail are key in maintaining the premium standard of care that we strive to provide. We’re so grateful for everything she does, thank you, Melinda! 💙
