Yoga with Hollie Offering group and private yoga and mindfulness for pregnancy classes, yoga for fertility and women? There is so much more to yoga than I initially thought!

I first fell in love with yoga during my teens, I realised that it could provide invaluable grounding during difficult times and nurtured my rehabilitation of physical injuries as well as anxiety, depression and balancing my hormones. I specialise in teaching both groups and private classes in Hatha yoga, Yin yoga and yoga for fertility - supporting women on their journey to conception and for tho

se wanting to connect to and balance their feminine energies! I believe that choosing a practice to complement your needs is key to finding balance with your emotional, physical and spiritual health. Our exercise and wellness routine should bring joy, not struggle!

I enjoy teaching classes for all abilities including complete beginners with a focus on developing mindfulness, mobility and calming our nervous system. Introduce yourself and together we can build a deep appreciation and respect for your body and mind, nurturing self-love and acceptance on your individual yogic journey.

Yoga and Mindfulness for Pregnancy and Birth is coming to Shrivenham Memorial Hall!

✨ Booking essential! ✨

This course incorporates yoga and mindfulness techniques for pregnancy, birth and motherhood that have been proven to improve birthing outcomes including reduced time in labour, reduced likelihood of premature delivery, reduced likelihood of intervention and reduced postpartum depression - amongst many more benefits!

Some course highlights include;
-Pelvic mapping and pelvic diaphragmatic breathing
-Managing pain, fear and loss of control - with ice meditation!
-Advocacy- your birth choices and maternal rights
-Managing PGP/SPD and sciatica
Dancing for birth!
-A pregnancy yoga journey through the chakras
-Optimal Foetal Positioning and recommendations for malpresentation

On Thursdays from 6th January I'll be teaching Hatha Yoga in Watchfield village hall 09.30-10.45am. This class will be a fun and friendly way to get back into Yoga or try it for the first time!

Gentle, energising flows working with our breath help to build strength and mobility at your own pace and ensure a good stretch!

Work with your body to decide which versions of the poses you'd like to try each week and any optional challenges or rests!

Short guided meditations are a lovely way to build mindfulness, calm the nervous system and ensure you leave feeling nurtured and refreshed!

Each 75 minute class is £12 pay as you go or 4 for £40 which can be used on any date!
