She’s built a beautiful bond with a non-verbal client, showing patience, creativity, and true person-centred care. As a lead carer, she brings both professionalism and warmth, guiding her teammates while ensuring clients receive the very best support.

This particular client is famous for handing out chocolates and mini rolls like they’re on a mission to spread joy (and sugar highs). So our caregiver decided to return the favor… with this 5-star snack tray presentation. 😇✨
