A huge congratulations to Debbie, who has officially become our Registered Manager at Visiting Angels North Shropshire!

This is a massive and well-earned achievement. Becoming CQC Registered isn’t just a title — it’s a rigorous process that involves in-depth assessment around legislation, safeguarding, leadership and operational standards. It reflects true dedication, knowledge and commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care.

Anyone who knows Debbie knows how passionate she is about doing things properly, supporting our team and making sure our clients receive the very best care possible. We couldn’t be prouder to have her leading us forward.

A huge shout-out to our wonderful Angel, Helen! 🎉

We are incredibly proud of Helen for taking on the London Marathon My Way challenge in support of Hope House Children’s Hospices. 🩵

Living with chronic health conditions hasn’t stopped her — she’s trained hard, pushed herself mile by mile, and is now stepping up to this amazing challenge for a cause close to her heart.

The whole Visiting Angels team is cheering you on, Helen — you truly are an inspiration! 🩵

Feeling very lucky this week 🍰
Our Registered Manager Debbie has well and truly spoiled the office team — homemade cakes, quiches, and full-on “have you eaten?” energy.

It’s not just about the food (although… outstanding 👏), it’s about being looked after and appreciated. Leadership that feeds the team = leadership that gets it.

We’re a well-fed, very grateful bunch 🩵
