From starting Cysters Circle on 25th August 2025, to building our WhatsApp community, hosting our first meet-up in Oswestry, being mentioned in Parliament, speaking on BBC Radio Shropshire, and growing through every conversation, meet and connection along the way — it’s been such a special journey so far.

We’ve shared support, created safe spaces, partnered to provide period underwear, and most importantly… built a community that understands each other 💬💛

Every single step has meant something, and none of this would have been possible without each and every one of you.

At Cysters Circle, we’ve launched our 1 in 10 Initiative to encourage local businesses to support women and girls living with PCOS and Endometriosis.

Why 1 in 10? Because around 1 in 10 are diagnosed with these conditions — people in our community who deserve understanding, support, and to be heard.

We’re working with towns across Shropshire and North Wales, such as Oswestry, to raise awareness, break the stigma, and build more supportive communities for everyone affected.
