We’re so proud to share the newly refurbished studios and apartments within our care home at Frognal House. These aren’t just rooms; they’re warm, welcoming spaces where meaningful moments happen every day.

Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to bring comfort, dignity, and a sense of belonging to the people who live here. Soft colours, gentle lighting, cosy corners — all designed to help residents feel safe, settled, and truly at home.

We were absolutely delighted to welcome Matthew and his dad from Jam Owls, who also reside at Hall Place. Their passion and knowledge were incredible — and it’s safe to say our residents became their biggest fans in an instant.
The owls were mesmerising, the stories were fascinating, and the smiles said it all. Moments like these are such a privilege to share.

We were joined by the wonderful Frances, who delivered an inspiring and practical session on wellbeing and falls prevention. Her warmth, knowledge, and gentle humour made the session not only informative but genuinely enjoyable for everyone.
Our residents loved learning simple ways to stay steady, confident, and safe — from small daily habits to helpful tips that make a big difference. It was a lovely reminder that looking after ourselves can be empowering and even fun when we do it together.

Our wonderful therapy dog Nell popped in again today with her lovely owner, Leigh. She’s been visiting us every Monday for over a year now, and she never fails to brighten the home.
From gentle cuddles to those big, soulful eyes, Nell brings comfort, calm, and so many smiles to residents and staff alike. We’re so grateful for the happiness she spreads every single week.
