We had a fabulous coffee morning today with lots of delicious cakes and plenty of tea and chatter with our residents and families and friends and raised £87.00 for Dementia Uk

🏋️‍♀️🏃‍♀️😀 What a lovely evening at our Resident & Relative Meeting tonight.

A huge thank you to our Head Chef for preparing such a beautiful cheese and wine board — it made the evening feel extra special.

We were also delighted to welcome our guest speakers from Age UK, who came to talk to us about their Fitness MOT scheme for over‑50s. The session gave us great insight into how simple assessments of balance and strength can help people maintain independence, improve muscle strength, and stay active for longer.

A really informative and enjoyable evening all round, and we’re grateful to everyone who joined us and contributed.

We had such a lovely morning in sewing club with Buki today. Lots of chatter, creativity, and beautifully snuggly cushions taking shape. It’s amazing what we can make together. 🪡🌼🧵

We had a lovely morning at Gardening Club planting seeds and bulbs and creating colourful flower pots while chatting and watching the birds and squirrels in our beautiful garden on this lovely sunny morning

👑 We had a lovely bus trip out to Eynsford today. A wander around the beautiful Eynsford Castle followed by a stop for a delicious ice cream made it the perfect outing. 🏰 🍦
