This patient had just finished aligner treatment elsewhere. His teeth weren’t fully straight and there were visible black triangles, something we often see when cases aren’t planned with the final tooth shape in mind.
After whitening, I carried out some gum contouring to improve proportions, followed by six composite veneers to the upper and lower teeth to close spaces and create more symmetry.
Everything was done predictably using my Envision Protocol: a simple step-by-step system I’ve developed over the years to help plan and execute composite cases.
