As well as a range of generic hearing protection and related products. Ultimate ear protection manufacture and supply custom earplugs that can be used and worn comfortably in a variety of noisy environments. We manufacture the best moulded ear plugs in our laboratory, created by our skilled technicians, who apply the highest level of attention to detail. ultimate was created from a personal interest in motorcycle ear plugs; a need for good quality moulded earplugs in the motorsport industry. With a combined 50 years of experience, and a highly innovative design team, we now lead the way in product development of custom earplugs for specific applications across markets. We are a British company established in 2003 based on the London/Kent border in the South East of England. Our manufacturing and production of custom earplugs is done in-house by our own staff in an ISO 9001:2008 quality controlled plant, and as part of our commitment to environmentally efficient production we adhere to the RoHS directive on the control of waste within our production areas. In 2010 ultimate moved to larger premises to support its growth. About our Products

ultimate produce custom ear plugs and earphones that are independently tested to meet the European standard EN352-2 for in the ear hearing protection and are awarded the CE mark. Manufactured in CE approved anti-microbial medical grade Silicone our products are safe to wear for long periods, extremely easy to keep clean and will last for 3 years or more before the growth of the user’s ears effect their ability to use the ear plugs. Our highly skilled workforce are experienced in designing and producing custom earplugs and earphones to suit our clients requirements and we can finish products with personalised laser etching of company logos, names, numbers or decal. We are very proud of our substantially experienced team of impression technicians, who practice fully in accordance with the British Society of Audiologists guidelines for Otoscopy & Impression Taking; ensuring only the highest standards are adhered to. Our hugely capable manufacturing staff and our very skilled product designers and logistics managers ensure every possible attention to detail is imparted throughout all of ultimate's processes. In addition we are supported by a network of over 350 agents: Audiologists across the UK aiding in the proviso of our impression taking requirements. About Our Clients

If you are based in Scotland there are a few upcoming opportunities to get your impressions taken and purchase our products!

Firstly, we will be at Inverness Biker Gear (IV1 1TD) next Tuesday (25th February) from 3pm to 7:30pm.

We will then be exhibiting at the Scottish Motorcycle Show at the The Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh on the 8th & 9th March 2025.

We will be offering free ear impressions at both events (saving £30 to £50 on the usual ordering process and cost), so if you can make either event please come and see us!

Huge thanks to Ultimate Hearing Protection for doing both mine and Alice Smith’s new ear plug impressions for the 2025 season whilst we were at Motorcycle Live

I know only to well how important ear plugs are when racing as my hearing has been affected from not wearing them.

It only took five minutes and the staff were brilliant. They produce them in a choice of different colours and they can be embossed with your name or race logo!

So it’s great to have on board, especially when it comes to racing the Isle of Man TT Races for prolonged periods.
