Refine Your Chaturanga, move safer, flow better
Join Celia for a focused and practical Chaturanga Workshop; designed to help you move safely, confidently, and efficiently in every dynamic Yoga class.
In this session, you will:
• Explore key alignment cues to protect your shoulders, wrists, and back
• Learn how to engage the right muscles to support your pose
• Practise modifications and use of props to suit your level
• Discover creative ways to build from this foundational posture; creating possibilities for transitioning into arm balances and the like
• Improve transitions from Plank → Chaturanga → Upward Dog, and more
• Focus on injury prevention, so you can flow with awareness
This workshop is about enhancing your practice, giving you the tools to perform Chaturanga safely and with control, and applying these skills in your future sessions.

Hot Yoga, Hot Ashtanga and Hot Sculpt build strength, flexibility and deep mental resilience. Practising in the heat challenges your focus, breath and discipline, asking you to stay steady when things feel intense.

Whether you’re holding stillness in the Hot Yoga sequence, flowing through the rhythm of Ashtanga, or powering up in Sculpt, the heat becomes your teacher. You learn to breathe through discomfort, regulate your energy and remain calm under pressure on the mat and in your life beyond it.

Aparigraha is our reminder to loosen our grip on things, on people, and on how we think life ‘should’ be.

It’s learning to trust that we don’t have to hold everything together for it to work out!

When we let go, even just a little, space opens and it’s in that space, we often find peace, clarity, and joy waiting for us.

The simplest way to experience Aparigraha is through the body:
part your lips, soften your lower jaw, and feel the ease spread through your face.

Practice this regularly, it will teach you to notice when you’re grasping unnecessarily. You can do this anywhere in your body just simply notice what you’re clenching that doesn’t need to be clenched.

Affirm when you realise you’re holding too tight: “I trust that what is meant for me will remain, and what leaves has served its purpose.”
