Join Celia for a focused and practical Chaturanga Workshop; designed to help you move safely, confidently, and efficiently in every dynamic Yoga class.
In this session, you will:
• Explore key alignment cues to protect your shoulders, wrists, and back
• Learn how to engage the right muscles to support your pose
• Practise modifications and use of props to suit your level
• Discover creative ways to build from this foundational posture; creating possibilities for transitioning into arm balances and the like
• Improve transitions from Plank → Chaturanga → Upward Dog, and more
• Focus on injury prevention, so you can flow with awareness
This workshop is about enhancing your practice, giving you the tools to perform Chaturanga safely and with control, and applying these skills in your future sessions.
