It's time to get back on the mat together. September yoga classes are open for booking!

Over the summer I listened to Professor Kenny world-leading geriatrician at Trinity College Dublin, (where she leads a huge, long-term study on aging) on the Zoe podcast talk about group yoga classes and their capacity to reduce inflammation, boost our immune system and help increase our health span 😊

Feeling slightly guilty that I let international day of the cat go by without paying tribute to my four legged social media collaborator and best hangover/sickness/down day companion. Better late than never 😻

This post is to pay tribute to Sally Kempton, a transformational teacher who influenced my teaching, my practice, and my life. Truly one of the greats of this generation, many of the most popular practices I share were taught to me by Sally, meditation on the space between the breath, meditation on the great heart, and the Chamunda Mantra to name a few. Sally, we were lucky to have you in our world.

In need of a week to rest, reflect, and recharge? Thank you yogis for allowing me to share a few pics from our yoga retreat in May in beautiful Turkey - I'm doing it all again the first week in July in beautiful Italy and we have one space left! If you're in need of some time to rest, reflect and recharge I can't recommend the Shanticentre enough. Owned and run by 2 yoga teachers, the Shanticentre is a safe space where we are totally held, offering us the possibility to reconnect to ourselves and go home feeling rested, centered, and grounded. It will be a small group maximum of 10 including me so please do get in touch, msg me or call me, if you're interested in taking that last space. I look forward to hearing from you, Clair x

So beautiful, don’t forget to look up ⬆️. over Sidcup this evening .honeydale and . You know what that means! We will be practicing aka the tomorrow morning at

This full moon is known traditionally as the Flower Moon, Budding Moon, and Planting Moon and as with all full moons, this is seen as a time of the culmination of the intentions we set at the New Moon and a time to reflect on those things that no longer serve us so we can lovingly release them, making space for new growth. The full moon calls us to release and let go of anything that is no longer bringing joy, that's taking up space and holding us back. These could be physical things, but equally non-physical things like habits, pastimes, energetic and online clutter.

As some of you know I've bitten off more than I can chew workwise and what with concussion at the beginning of the year I'm currently struggling to keep on top of things while I make some changes to my workload and schedule. With this in mind, I'm looking to put in place new systems to make my life easier, work more streamlined and I'm letting some things go. While I'm in this process it's really helpful to ask myself the question, does this still bring me joy or is it taking up space, is it preventing me from moving forward? I'm wondering if any of you are similarly inspired by the season and the full moon?
