This full moon is known traditionally as the Flower Moon, Budding Moon, and Planting Moon and as with all full moons, this is seen as a time of the culmination of the intentions we set at the New Moon and a time to reflect on those things that no longer serve us so we can lovingly release them, making space for new growth. The full moon calls us to release and let go of anything that is no longer bringing joy, that's taking up space and holding us back. These could be physical things, but equally non-physical things like habits, pastimes, energetic and online clutter.
As some of you know I've bitten off more than I can chew workwise and what with concussion at the beginning of the year I'm currently struggling to keep on top of things while I make some changes to my workload and schedule. With this in mind, I'm looking to put in place new systems to make my life easier, work more streamlined and I'm letting some things go. While I'm in this process it's really helpful to ask myself the question, does this still bring me joy or is it taking up space, is it preventing me from moving forward? I'm wondering if any of you are similarly inspired by the season and the full moon?
