When Toni joined club she told me “she didn’t like herself very much” she’d started HRT and had put on lots of weight and didn’t know where to start.

Just 2 months in club and the transformation has been more than just about weight loss! She is dropping cms for fun, is now a fat burning machine! At 54 years old is metabolically 39!

She is feeling amazing, her clothes are loose and people are noticing she is happier and healthier! So proud of you ✨

We are hosting an Open Evening for a really relaxed evening and you’re welcome to come along.

Kayleigh had tried every “diet” out there but not getting the result she wanted and struggled to stick to anything. She was a huge sceptic when joining club and wasn’t sure if it would work for her!

Fast forward 12 weeks, shes dropped 2 dress sizes, for the first time ever enjoying clothes shopping, feeling amazing and feeling in control 🙌🏻
