5 things not to say to your massage therapist… (said with love 😅)

✨ 1. “Are you a masseuse?”
Only if we’ve magically travelled back to 1970. It’s massage therapist.

✨ 2. “No pain, no gain.”
Your muscles disagree. Loudly. We’ll choose effective over agony any day.

✨ 3. “Sorry I’m late… but can we still have the full hour?”
Time may be an illusion, but my booking system isn’t.

✨ 4. “You can practise on me.”
Bless you for the offer, but this is an actual profession… not a hobby I’m trying out on a Sunday.

✨ 5. “Do you do happy endings?”
Only the wholesome kind — where you leave relaxed, realigned, and walking out like you’ve got new legs.

Essential Oil Blend for Hayfever Relief (for Nasal Inhaler):

How to Use:
Add the essential oils to the cotton wick of a clean nasal inhaler tube. Assemble the inhaler, close it tightly, and inhale gently through each nostril as needed throughout the day.
