Yesterday, Kara and I had the privilege of facilitating a beautiful one-to-one session with a husband and wife. Kara working with energy healing and me working with constellations. It truly was a magical morning.

Sometimes it’s hard to find the words to describe just how special these moments are. Watching the horses work alongside us, and witnessing the shifts and connections that happen, is something I will always feel deeply grateful for.

The feedback we receive after these sessions means the world and reminds me why this work is so important.

Another inspiring Devon Women in Business online networking event this afternoon. 💖

Thank you to Kate Bickerstaff from Thoughts and Soul Healing in the presence of horses in nature / Equillation for a fascinating talk on The Healing Power of Horses. Kate shared her journey into equine therapy and how she works with horses in their natural environment, alongside constellation therapy, to help people process trauma and emotional challenges in miraculous ways.

It was also wonderful to hear introductions from several of our members and to see the conversations that followed about the role of nature, wellbeing and connection in business and life.

Our online networking sessions bring together women from across Devon to connect, support one another and share knowledge in a relaxed and welcoming space.
