If the weather’s not great, try active games indoors, charades, musical chairs, or a Christmas-themed scavenger hunt.

It’s a brilliant way to keep everyone moving and laughing together🎄

Movement doesn’t have to be boring; make it part of the celebration! 💚

Flu vaccines: with the surge in flu cases, we urge eligible patients to contact the surgery to book an appointment. We have a small supply of vaccine still available. Get protected before Christmas.

Who should have the flu vaccine

The flu vaccine is recommended for people at higher risk of getting seriously ill from flu.

It's offered on the NHS every year in autumn or early winter.

You can get the free NHS flu vaccine if you:

are aged 65 or over (including those who will be 65 by 31 March 2026)
have certain long-term health conditions
are pregnant
live in a care home
are the main carer for an older or disabled person, or receive a carer's allowance
live with someone who has a weakened immune system

We offer a nasal flu vaccine to all 2 and 3 year olds too.

If you are not sure, please contact the surgery for guidance or use our online consultation service.

Thank you.
