What a lovely happy and joyful session this week. All coming together, improving our wellbeing and improving our mental health. Making new social connections, having fun and enjoyment. Boosting our mood can improve mental alertness our memory and concentration. Music is a great healer. Music aids sleep and shares music experiences. And it can be a form of distraction to help you cope, we practice Tuesday mornings between 10.00am-12.30pm at Sileby Methodist Church, free tea and coffee, you can sing, learn to play a musical instrument, whilst having fun. health
