What a lovely review left by a new client today.

I pride myself on being approachable and friendly and genuinely making clients feel at ease.

My treatment room is a place to shut away from the rest of the world and have some well deserved time for you.

It was always my intention to provide a calm and nurturing environment where I intuitively tailor the experience to the individual and this review is a testament to that.

Grateful for all the wonderful clients who have been keeping me busy this year - I appreciate each and every one of you.

Getting festive at the Silsden clinic.

Beautiful reiki session yesterday - reiki never fails to blow me away with how amazing it is.

Life has been a bit tough the last few weeks with my mum currently in hospital.

It did however give me to the chance to slow down and look after myself with some accupuncture from the lovely

It was great to experience for myself how comfy the heated treatment bed is. The rain gently drumming on the sky light was also soothing and calming. The treatment room cocoons you away from the rest of the world just for a little while to rest and recharge.

Definitely filled my own cup for an hour. Note to self to practice what I preach and look after myself too.

I have loved trialling balms made by .onne1662 of Nowt Much.

I prefer to use products for my clients which are not mass produced and I know have only the best ingredients. Supporting other small businesses is also really important to me.

The balm has been amazing to use in my reflexology treatments & has aided my clients with their relaxation.

Grateful to live in a beautiful place and have had an hour with the dog enjoying the peace.

Life has been super busy lately and I haven't given myself the time to ground and slow down with the seasons. This morning was it - sun on my face listening to the gentle tweets of a robin who followed me on my journey.

Beauty really is all around us when we slow down to look.

Sneak peek of the Silsden clinic ...

It's the first time tonight I have seen the finished treatment room and it doesn't disappoint.

It's so calm and cosy it's like being wrapped in a warm hug when you enter the room. has done an amazing job at bringing together such a beautiful space.

Even the artwork draws you in to feel relaxed and tranquil and that's before you even start your treatment.

I think I'm going to like it here ☺️.

Wow how did we get to November already?

Thanks to all my wonderful clients for keeping me super busy in October it really is a joy to meet clients old and new and support you in your healing journey or provide some well deserved you time.

I love what I do and I hope you do too.

November continues to be busy as I start with in Silsden on Thursday evening.

I will still be very much with the lovely team and treatments can be booked at both venues. I'm very much looking forward to working with two sets of amazing supportive women - both places align with my values of providing the best support to clients and working collaboratively to support physical and mental health.

Mobile treatments are also available - if you would prefer a treatment in the comfort of your own home do enquire.

For those who may now be starting to think about Christmas gift vouchers are available. If you want to give your loved one the gift of relaxation vouchers are available for any treatment and are valid for 12 months from issue.
