🔹This is a 17-year-old male where substantial maxillary expansion was achieved (over 3 weeks) with a hybrid expander, despite the mature, heavily interdigitated nature of his mid-palatal suture.
🔹The expander then provided stability for 6 months, with fixed appliance treatment progressing during this time.
