18 competitors (12 male and 6 female). Super proud of our community for getting involved and also for all the support. 🎉

🌟 Member shoutout: Meet Sheree 🌟

Sheree started her journey with us through our REBUILD programme, building strength and confidence post-baby. 💪🏻 🔥

She’s now smashing our FAMILY BURN sessions, twice a week, designed for our members to still bring along little ones with them whilst doing our full standard gym programme. She has also fully intergrated into our main classes and is a regular at our weekend TEAM sessions. 👏🏻 💯

We know life gets busy-work, family, commitment-but building a consistent fitness routine doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Small, sustainable changes lead to lasting results. What helps you stick to your fitness routine?

💪🏻 BUILD A FITNESS ROUTINE THAT STICKS 💪🏻

Here are some tips from the TRU FIT coaches to help you stay consistent, no matter how packed your schedule is:

✅ Set a Weekly Plan - Treat your workouts like important meetings. Schedule them in your calendar and show up for yourself. Booked your training up to 2 weeks in advance where possible.
✅ Keep It Realistic - Aim for 2-4 sessions per week (depending on your experience and lifestyle) instead of going all in and burning out. Progress comes from consistency, not perfection.
✅ Find an Accountability Buddy - A training partner (or even a message from your coach) can keep you on track when motivation dips. Training as part of a community with friends is also a great way to train as it keeps you coming back day in day out.
✅ Have a ‘Plan B’ - If you can’t make it to the gym, have a quick 15-20 min home workout ready, a short run or a brisk walk. Something is always better than nothing.
✅ Track Progress - Log your workouts, take note of how you feel, and celebrate the small wins.

From 20 members and a small timetable back in May 2024, to over 35 classes a week and an amazing community of passionate individuals; it’s been an incredible journey. We’ve expanded, we’ve grown, and we’ve had some unforgettable moments. But the hard work doesn’t stop here.

We’re so proud of what we’ve achieved together, and this is just the beginning. The next chapter is already underway, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Whether your 6 weeks or 10 years and beyond postpartum, we can support and educate you about strength training post birth.

Our REBUILD programme includes:
- pelvic floor rehab
- importance of diaphragmatic breathing
- the correct breathing and engagement techniques whilst training to ensure you lift weights correctly and safely
- getting you to train with confidence
- and of course, a very friendly and supportive community

Babies are welcome too! So no childcare needed!
