Reframing the Darkness..

As the light starts to fade, how are you feeling?

Just as the trees are losing what no longer serves, by way of their leaves. We are being encouraged to do same.

Cut back, focus on the inner. The “unseen”..

Whatever needs to rise here now. Will be given time and space, to do so. In our bodies, and feelings. In order to cleanse, recalibrate. What is no longer serving. Allow it to be so.
