Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate! 💧 Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your workout. Don't wait until you're thirsty! Consider electrolyte drinks for longer sessions.

Time It Right: ⏰ Avoid peak sun hours (typically 11 AM - 3 PM). Opt for early morning or late evening workouts when temperatures are cooler.

Dress for Success: 👚 Choose lightweight, loose-fitting, light-coloured, and moisture-wicking clothing.
