Before booking an appointment please ensure you have read and can fully comply with the following -

•Youself or any household member must not be showing any signs of Covid-19 including Temperature, persistent dry cough, loss of taste or smell.

•You have not returned from a country requiring you to quarantine with the past 14 days.

•You have not been asked to shield or living with a vulnerable person that has.

•You or any household member have not been asked self isolate with the past 14 days.

•You are not awaiting results of a Covid-19 test.

•If you have had a previous positive test for Covid-19 or a positive Covid-19 anti-bodies test, you must gain written consent from your GP prior to any sports/ deep tissue treatment. This is required as recent research has shown Covid-19 effects the way in which the blood clots.

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, I will be following government guidelines and Implementing extra precautions to keep you as safe as possible. Therefore your massage experience may differ slightly from what you may have experienced prior to Covid-19.

What you can expect-

•Outdoor footwear must be removed on entry & hands sanitised.

•Wherever possible please do not bring outdoor coats & bags in with you.

•I will be required to wear PPE including face mask/ shield, apron & gloves wherever possible.

•You will be required to bring a face mask with you. It’s also advisable that you bring a filled water bottle as I am unable to provide a drink.

• The Couch will no longer have towels or a cover. Instead they will be covered with disposable couch roll, however you may provide your own towel if you wish.

• The couch will be cleaned with anti-viral solution before & after treatment.

•Any items of clothing that are removed will be placed in a plastic container.

•Massage oil will be stored in small bottles & a new one used for each client.

•You must be the only person I come into contact with during your treatment. This also includes any pets.

•You will be required to complete a Covid-19 consultation form- Please bring a pen.

•If you are a high risk Key worker/NHS front line staff please ensure you have showered & changed clothing prior to appointment.

If yourself or anyone in your household develops symptoms of Covid-19 before your treatment please let me know so your appointment can be cancelled/ rescheduled.
