I know it sounds simple, but getting your 2.25 litres in each day will make such a difference this week
It helps with energy, supports your weight loss, reduces hunger and honestly just helps you feel better overall.
A lot of the time when we think we’re hungry, we’re actually just a bit dehydrated.
So keep a bottle with you, sip little and often, and don’t leave it all until the evening.
It might feel like a lot at first, but once you get into the rhythm, it becomes second nature.
