ENERGY MOVEMENT:
Sensations of warm or cold energy gently pulsing or flowing through the body.

DEEP RELAXATION:
One of the most common reactions to Reiki is a deep sense of relaxation and calm, taken to a deep state of meditation.

LIGHTNESS:
A feeling of lightness or feel like you are floating.

EMOTIONAL RELEASE:
Reiki has the profound ability to release emotions buried deep within the subconscious mind. During a session, individuals may experience emotional releases such as tears, laughter, or feelings of profound peace and contentment.

CLARITY:
Reiki can quiet the chatter of the mind, bringing a sense of mental clarity and inner peace.

VISUAL EXPERIENCES:
During a session, some people report seeing images, colours, or experience visualizations.

NOTHING AT FIRST:
Not everyone feels the same sensations at first. Energy is subtle and sometimes things are happening on deeper levels that may not be noticeable at first.
