I felt drawn to this magazine this week. It's full of useful information about perimenopause. HRT has really helped, but it's useful to remember that things like meditation, Yoga and Somatics can help too.
I've learnt alot about how yoga and Somatics can help me manage my symptoms.
Anxiety
