Hi, I’m Lynne a Holistic Therapist and Energy Healer.

“I specialise in helping women with Fibromyalgia reclaim their freedom, energy, and sense of self so they can finally feel at home in their body and free to live the life they deserve.” I’m Lynne a compassionate and dedicated counsellor and accredited belief coding facilitator, and I'm here to guide you on your journey towards healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. In my warm, non-judgmental therapy cabin, you'll find a safe space where you can finally be heard and understood without fear or pressure. Life transitions like divorce, job loss, becoming a parent, or navigating midlife changes. Through our work together, I can help you identify and release the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back, empowering you to reclaim your confidence and sense of self. What to expect from therapy

Each session is for 1 hour which can be either face to face in my therapy cabin, via online platform Zoom or in exceptional circumstances within your own home. At the beginning of the session we will discuss together for around 10 mins our working agreement which has important information ie limits of confidentiality. It is normal for you during the session to feel emotional as we explore our thoughts, feelings and experiences. You can expect to feel safe, heard and supported throughout. Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly, short or long term. What to do next

I offer a FREE 20 minute confidential phone consultation where we can discuss your reasons for counselling, and we can see how we both feel about working together in a therapeutic way. My fees are £60.00 for a 1 hour counselling session to be paid in cash or bank transfer at the beginning of the session.

Have you ever heard a song at just the right moment, and it felt like it was written for you?

Music has a way of slipping past our defenses and speaking straight to the parts of us that need it most – the parts holding onto self-doubt, the old limiting beliefs, the “I can’t” stories we tell ourselves.

For me, that song was Whitney Houston – I Didn’t Know My Own Strength. 💔➡️💪
Every time I listened, it reminded me that I’d overcome things I thought would break me… and I was stronger than I ever believed.

Music can be a gentle nudge forward when you feel stuck, a reminder of who you really are when life tries to tell you otherwise.

✨ I've recently been having fascia massages, what a difference in such a short space of time they have made to my body, it feels so much more freeer. There’s less pain in my left side and I’ve even noticed an improvement in my performance when I exercise.

❓️DID YOU KNOW THAT...Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, bone, and organ in your body. When it becomes tight or restricted, it can cause pain, stiffness, and even impact your posture and energy levels.

✨ Beneath every action is a story untold.

When someone lashes out, withdraws, overthinks, or even shuts down it’s not the behaviour that truly matters. The behaviour is only the surface.

🌊 Underneath is a feeling.
💓 And beneath that feeling lies a need.

When we shift our focus from “What’s wrong with them (or me)?” to “What is this behaviour trying to tell me?” we stop treating the symptom and start tending to the cause.

💭 Maybe the anger is really sadness.
💭 Maybe the silence is really exhaustion.
💭 Maybe the overthinking is really a cry for safety.

When we begin to see behaviour as a form of communication — an expression of an unmet need — something shifts. We become more compassionate, less judgmental, and more able to respond with understanding instead of reaction. 🌸

Every behaviour is communication.
And when we learn to listen differently, we can finally meet ourselves and others with compassion, not criticism.

🧠💥 The Placebo Effect — and why it’s a wake-up call for your healing

We’ve all heard of the placebo effect where someone experiences real improvements in their health simply because they believe a treatment will help. No active ingredient. No “real” medicine. Just the mind and body working together to create change.

That’s how powerful your thoughts and beliefs are.
They can literally shift your biology.

But here’s the flip side if positive belief can create healing…
negative belief can create harm.

When your days are filled with constant reminders of pain, frustration, and hopelessness even in your own self-talk your nervous system is listening.
Your brain is taking in those messages:
🗣 “This will never get better.”
🗣 “I’ll always be in pain.”
🗣 “Life is just suffering now.”

And your body?
It responds as if those beliefs are facts.
Your muscles tighten. Your nervous system stays in survival mode. Your symptoms can flare not because you’re “imagining it,” but because your mind-body connection is that strong.

What you focus on, you feel.
What you think, you become.

💬 I’m sharing this because I wish someone had told me years ago.
I spent over 10 years stuck in an endless pain loop, not realising the power my thoughts and inner environment had over my body. If I had known then what I know now, I would have made very different choices and saved myself years of unnecessary suffering.

Imagine if you fed your mind and body with messages of hope, possibility, and resilience instead.

Cure vs. HEALING ❤️‍🔥

How many times have you heard, “There’s no cure for Fibromyalgia and other chronic pain conditions ”?
I’ve heard it more than enough—and honestly, I don’t want to hear it again.

Because here’s what I’ve come to believe and personally know...
YOU are the medicine.
Your body is extraordinary, and it has the wisdom and power to HEAL.
But it all starts with your mindset. You have to stop fighting yourself.
You have to stop waiting for someone else to save you.

There’s no magic pill.
There’s no doctor with a miracle fix.
Even they admit it—“There is no cure.”
So if you're constantly outsourcing your healing to someone else, hoping they’ll “fix” you...
That road is full of pain, disappointment, and sometimes, irreversible consequences.
I’ve lived it.

HEALING, though—it’s a different path.
Healing begins when you stop resisting and start listening.
Your pain is not your enemy. It’s a message. Are you willing to hear it?

And healing doesn’t mean giving up.
It means accepting where you are right now without judgment, and choosing to move forward.
Acceptance doesn’t mean defeat.
It means alignment.
And that alignment? It’s where real healing begins.

Yes, it’s scary.
Yes, it requires courage, responsibility, resilence, determination and truth-telling.
But I promise you—when you choose healing, you will never walk that path alone.
