Free HAF Summer Activities & Family Trips with Swale Family Hubs

We’re excited to share details of the HAF Summer Programme from Swale Family Hubs, offering a range of free activities and trips for children aged 4 to 16 during the summer holidays.

🔑 A valid HAF code is needed
**To be eligible, your child must receive benefit-related free school meals. If you haven’t received your HAF code, please contact the school office.**

In 1–2 out of 100 first pregnancies, preeclampsia is so serious that there’s a threat to the life of the baby, and in some cases the mother.

Vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (vascular EDS) is a rare and life-threatening inherited disorder. Vascular EDS affects connective tissues in the body, meaning that they’re more than usually fragile and this can lead to sudden arterial or organ rupture.

REDS4VEDS DAY is a global campaign which takes place on the third Friday of May each year. The aim of the campaign is to help raise the profile of Vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (Vascular EDS), a rare genetic disorder. Wear red and let the whole world know about Vascular EDS.
