โœจKeep working on getting your thought process away from Iโ€™ve been โ€˜goodโ€™ or โ€˜badโ€™, so youโ€™re neither โ€˜inโ€™ or โ€˜outโ€™, just keep trying to do your very best.

โœจIf you have fallen down, brush yourself off, take a deep breath, and then try to get straight back up. Keep making sure that you get out of your own way. You are your biggest hurdle. Not other people. You.

โœจIf you have one flat tire, do you slash the other three?

โœจFailing is part of the progress and there is only one way to improve, and thats trying again.

โœจJust keep moving forward one day at a day, one meal at a time. One foot in front of the other.

โœจOverall be kind to yourself, and never ever give up, or lose sight of your goal or what it represents, Improved health. Mentally and physically. Now thatโ€™s worth fighting for.

How many times have you said โ€˜this wonโ€™t hurt, itโ€™s only one thingโ€™?

How many times have we said that and itโ€™s quickly turned into a whole evening/day/weekend/week/month/year...?

Before you know it youโ€™re looking back wondering why you made the decisions you did.... and how it was never worth it in the first place.

Even if you eat the exact same diet as your friend, if youโ€™re not getting the sleep your body needs, you wonโ€™t drop as much fat as them. A recent study from the University of Chicago compared the weight-loss results from sleeping eight and a half hours per night versus only five and a half hours per night. In both conditions, people ate the same number of calories (about 1,450 calories per day). While both groups lost about six and a half pounds, more than half of that weight was fat for well-rested people, compared to only a quarter for tired participants.
