Hi everyone, I’m Cathryn — Martin’s wife, the face behind some of the admin work, and his biggest cheerleader. 💛

About three years ago, I was the one who nudged him toward reflexology. We were chatting about what he could move into that wasn’t fencing, as his back was really starting to struggle. I’d recently had reflexology myself, so I mentioned it… very casually! Little did we know it would turn into something amazing.

I’ve got a handful of health issues, including fibromyalgia and migraines, and now I’m heading into menopause (oh, the joy 🙄). My migraines especially have ramped up lately. When Martin sees me struggling, he’ll say those magic words:
“Would you like a treatment?”
Umm… YES! 🤣

Nothing has ever really eased my migraines — but these treatments genuinely help. I used to be such a sceptic about reflexology and anything holistic, but the last few years have completely changed my mind.

I know it might sound like I’m biased, but honestly, if you’re dealing with fibromyalgia, migraines, or menopause symptoms, give reflexology a try. You won’t regret it, and you might just end up thanking yourself. 💕
