For Elle, one of Demelza’s healthcare assistants, it’s the children who make the role so special. 🫶
Over the past ten years, Elle has supported families through everyday care, day trips and even the most difficult moments - always focusing on creating smiles and precious memories.
“It’s the small moments we get with the children that make all the difference. Just little things that you wouldn’t think would mean that much, but make the children smile or laugh. When you get those smiles, you know you’ve done a good job.” 💭
