5 weeks of smiles PLUS developmental play, story massage, nursery rhymes, singing, musical instruments, parachute play and sensory. These classes look very full on, but we start gently and increase content week by week to allow your little one to settle into classes and they can take things at their own pace. If I were to label my classes with their ingredients & additives this would just about sum it up! I truly believe we all do things, go places and have encounters because there is something we need from that situation and at that time. If you end up choosing to come along to one of my parent and baby classes it really is because you are meant to be there and you will get from it a whole lot of baby massage, yoga, sensory, play and relaxation for your little one but also the support, safe space, fun, comraderie, advice, friendship and community ….. or whatever it is that you need
