Our new Baby Massage term starts in the month of love and it’s all about slowing down, bonding, and enjoying some special one-to-one time with your baby 💕

Over the course of the term you’ll learn gentle massage techniques to help with:
✨ relaxation
✨ tummy troubles
✨ teething
✨ coughs & colds
✨ sleep (yes please!)
…and lots of those everyday infant niggles we all worry about.

But it’s not just about massage. It’s about connection 🤍
Sharing experiences, chatting with other mums, building friendships, and finding your people — all while drinking plenty of coffee and enjoying a bit of cake ☕🍰

Coffee in hand, standing in a beautiful room all set up for classes ☕️🤍
I’m pausing to say that last week was a really special one in the world of Millie & Monty. Daddy sessions full of connection. Baby massage with tiny sighs and soothed souls. Mum & baby yoga stretches (for them… and us).
Little Movers shenanigans and so much talking, sharing, laughing.

Plenty of cake eaten, coffee quaffed, and yes… a leek & cheese toastie taste-tested (iykyk! 😄).

Behind the scenes there was also pregnancy & postnatal massage, setting up continuation courses for next term, prepping for the return of our community parent & baby walk, and putting the finishing touches to our Guess How Much I Love You Valentine’s sessions 💛

These aren’t stress lines, they are smiles-from-ear-to-ear and deeply thankful lines.

Our Little Movers classes are designed for wobbly sitters and up (around 5 months+) and are all about supporting your little one’s development through movement, play, and connection 💛

Across 5 themed weeks, we explore:
• 👕 themed clothed story massage
• 🤸‍♀️ movement to support growing bodies
• 🎶 songs & music
• 🌈 sensory play
• 🪂 parachute fun
• 😌 chill-out time & social moments

Everything we do is thoughtfully planned to support physical development, coordination, confidence, and early social skills & all in a relaxed, friendly space for you both to enjoy.
