Happy Valentine’s Day šŸ’—

Today isn’t just about flowers and cards. It’s a little reminder about the relationship you have with yourself, too.

As Gemma Tossell Wellness, we spend our days encouraging women to look after their health — but not from a place of pressure. From a place of care.

Self-love isn’t extreme.
It’s not all-or-nothing.
It’s not waiting for the ā€œperfect time.ā€

It’s the quiet things.

Making yourself a proper meal.
Moving your body because it lifts your mood.
Drinking your water.
Getting some fresh air.
Going to bed that bit earlier.
Speaking to yourself with a little more kindness.

You deserve the same care and compassion you give to everyone else.

Stop scrolling - this is the 5-minute dip that makes you look like you’ve really made an effort.

If you want something quick, nutritious and guaranteed to impress guests, this Romesco dip needs to be on your list.

Naturally sweet roasted red peppers bring a boost of vitamin C, while almonds add healthy fats and a creamy, satisfying texture. It’s simple, flavourful and far more elevated than opening a standard supermarket dip.

Serve it with veggie sticks, spoon it over grilled chicken or fish, or spread it inside wraps for an instant upgrade.

Save this for the next time you need a ā€œwhat can I put out quickly?ā€

Ingredients:• 1 jar roasted red peppers, drained• 70g toasted almonds• 1 tsp parsley • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar• 1 clove garlic• ½ tsp salt• ¼ tsp pepper

Method:Blitz everything in a blender until smooth, adjust seasoning to taste and serve with raw vegetables.

Simple food, big flavour, minimal effort (exactly how we like it) 😁

That’s exactly why we keep our retreats small.
So everyone feels seen, supported and genuinely looked after.

We’re there throughout the entire retreat - guiding the movement, preparing and talking through the food, hosting the activities and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Nothing is rushed. Nothing is overwhelming.

This isn’t a big, busy retreat where you’re left to figure things out on your own.

It’s a small, relaxed group, led with care so you can fully switch off.
