โจ Honouring Our Ancestors โจ
At this special time of year, we gather in community to remember and honour our Ancestors - those of this land and those of our bloodline.
๐ฅ Three sacred fires will be lit to burn into the darkness.๏ฟฝ
๐ Together weโll hold a simple yet meaningful ceremony around the fire.๏ฟฝ
๐ฅ Music, stories, and drumming will weave through the night.
Our roundhouse will be transformed with fairy lights and photos of loved ones past - a beautiful, heartfelt space for remembrance.
Please bring:
* Flowers and a photo of loved ones
* Food to share (family recipes encouraged, NO nuts)
* Warm clothing (rain or shine, weโll be here)
* Joyful, colourful faces - this is a celebration, not a Halloween party
Bring your own flask of hot drinks or soft drinks.๏ฟฝ
No dogs, unless guide/assistance dogs (please ask in advance if needed).
There is no fee, no donation - only your pure intent to remember and honour. Together we will make this a joyful celebration.
