We have a wonderful new year reset chakra meditation & soundbath in the beautiful Secret Retreat at Saxby.
This is a mid afternoon class too, so not too late!
Join us in this stunning barn conversion with log burner fire. It really is a different natural energy here with high ceilings and natural stone.
We will work on a chakra balance; a reset of our main energy centres in the body, before we gently float into the sounds of the crystal bowls and chimes to deeply relax and restore.

All equipment is provided, complimentary hot drink too.

📣 Our events at The Walled Garden in Baumber are now available to book!
We have a range of wonderful wellness evening, all a little different!
The evening events see us have the whole of the walled garden to ourselves; so it’s a very exclusive group.
Our groups are small and friendly and we provide all equipment too.

Please note that all information on restrictions for medical conditions etc is on the page.

You must inform us of any allergies or food intolerance. If you are taking the Buddha bowl food option, please let us know if you’d like cold meat or vegetarian option. Please message us for other options.

Hot drinks will be provided alongside a sweet treat too.

Please note that these events are first come first served and non-refundable cancellation policy applies.
We reserve the right to alter the event activities if for any reason we are unable to conduct the session as planned. You will be given as much notice as possible.

Tonight’s sound bath in Lincoln is cancelled! 😞 with my apologies but I have over an hour to travel across the wolds, with roads already flooded and more rain set to come, I would not want to risk anyone’s safety or my own.

Our floating soundbaths are back in Skegness!
Join us for a very unique and relaxing experience floating on airbeds on water, whilst the gentle sounds of crystal bowls and chimes wash over the body.
It can bring deep relaxation, allowing the mind to quieten, the body to release tension and the nervous system to rest. And imagine all the good that comes from this!
🌟🌟We have very limited spaces so please message us to book your place. 🌟🌟
Sessions on Sunday 18th January 3-4pm & on Sunday 15th February 3-4pm.
Both at Skegness pool, Magna Vitae.

🌟All equipment is provided.

Join us for a Forest Bathing winter walk, all about well-being, connection with nature and some thoughtful meditations along the way.
You’ll also get a hot drink, option of a traybake treat and a complimentary journal too.
