County Care Group Limited provides high quality, person-centred support to adults aged between 18-65 with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs and Autism. County Care Group offers a variety of tailored support services for people living with learning disabilities, autism and mental health challenges - as well as older adults that may need support to live well at home. Our services range from

care at home, support in the community as well as teaching life skills at our community hubs. Founded in 2010, the County Care Group has since become a leading specialist support and care provider in Hampshire, Surrey and Lincolnshire; working closely with the local County Councils. Our mission is to support every person who requires our services to define and achieve their life goals whilst maintaining their choice, dignity and independence. We will do this by working alongside each customer to understand their needs and support their growth, no matter how challenging their circumstances.

We had a fantastic day out with our 1:1 support group on a lovely walk down to Skegness Natureland Seal Sanctuary ☀️🐐

Everyone really enjoyed getting out in the fresh air, spending time together, and meeting some of the animals along the way especially the very friendly goat who was a big hit! 😊

It was great to see so many smiles, laughter, and confidence shining through as everyone explored and engaged with their surroundings. Days like these are what it’s all about 💛

Our group had a fantastic day out at Captain Jack’s Showbar in Ingoldmells! 🎉

We started the day with some brilliant travel training, making our way from Skegness to Ingoldmells on the open top bus everyone loved the fresh air and views along the way! 🚌☀️

After that, we enjoyed a delicious fish and chips lunch 🍟🐟 before heading into the showbar for the wrestling entertainment. The atmosphere was amazing and the show had everyone smiling, cheering, and having a great time!

It was a truly memorable day, and everyone had so much fun from start to finish. 😊

🎨🌸 Art Club Holbeach Creativity in Full Bloom! 🌸🎨
We had a fantastic evening at Art Club!
We started by looking at examples of Delftware, chatting about the beautiful blue patterns and designs. Everyone especially loved the rabbit… who was quickly named Peter! 🐰💙
The group then got creative, designing their own patterns on rabbit and flower templates using a range of materials, crayons, pens, pastels and more. The results were amazing, with so many unique ideas and shades of blue coming together 🎨
To finish, everyone worked together to create a beautiful spring blossom border for the display 🌸
All while enjoying a relaxed atmosphere, chatting and listening to some classical music for Spring 🎶
Another lovely session full of creativity, teamwork and smiles 💛

🌊 A lovely day out in Chapel St Leonards! ☀️

We had a fantastic trip to Chapel St Leonards, focusing on building our travel training skills 🚌. Everyone did a great job getting on and off the bus and managing tickets, well done all! 👏

Once we arrived, we enjoyed a beautiful walk along the seafront, getting plenty of fresh air and exercise 🚶‍♂️🌾

Of course, no trip is complete without a treat! 😋 We stopped at a local café where everyone practised ordering their own drinks and snacks, building confidence and independence ☕🍰

A fun, active day full of learning, laughter, and new experiences, we can’t wait for the next adventure! 💙
