County Care Lincolnshire We have operations in Lincolnshire and Day Services in Holbeach and Skegness.

County Care Group Limited provides high quality, person-centred support to adults aged between 18-65 with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs and Autism. County Care Group offers a variety of tailored support services for people living with learning disabilities, autism and mental health challenges - as well as older adults that may need support to live well at home. Our services range from care at home, support in the community as well as teaching life skills at our community hubs. Founded in 2010, the County Care Group has since become a leading specialist support and care provider in Hampshire, Surrey and Lincolnshire; working closely with the local County Councils. Our mission is to support every person who requires our services to define and achieve their life goals whilst maintaining their choice, dignity and independence. We will do this by working alongside each customer to understand their needs and support their growth, no matter how challenging their circumstances.

“Happy Winnie the Pooh Day! 🍯🐻
After last week’s fantastic art display that brought so many smiles, our art group decided to take over one of the kitchens this week to create some lovely honey-inspired cupcakes. The results were as sweet as they were creative!
With Winnie the Pooh turning 100 later this year, we have a feeling this won’t be the last time he inspires our sessions. Watch this space for more Pooh-inspired fun!”

Today Amy and some of the amazing Holbeach gang were hard at work counting up all the crisp packets they have collected so far, getting everything ready to send off to the charity that recycles them into sleeping bags for people experiencing homelessness. 💚

It’s incredible to see how something so small, which would normally end up in the bin, can be turned into something that brings warmth, comfort, and dignity to someone in need. Every single packet counted today represents a step towards making a real difference.

Huge well done to everyone who has been saving, collecting, and supporting this project, your efforts truly matter. Let’s keep the momentum going and see just how many we can gather before the next send-off! ♻️✨

The cooking team took on the challenge of making the perfect omelette, and they absolutely smashed it. From planning and prepping to cooking and tasting, everyone worked brilliantly together and produced some delicious results.

It’s been so lovely to be back at the farm after the recent icy conditions stopped play ❄️🌿

Sophie had the best time getting stuck into farm life, helping to make a winter bird feeder, feeding carrots to the donkeys 🫏🥕, having little chats with the chickens 🐔 and enjoying plenty of cuddles with the pups 🐶💛
