County Care Lincolnshire We have operations in Lincolnshire and Day Services in Holbeach and Skegness.

County Care Group Limited provides high quality, person-centred support to adults aged between 18-65 with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs and Autism. County Care Group offers a variety of tailored support services for people living with learning disabilities, autism and mental health challenges - as well as older adults that may need support to live well at home. Our services range from care at home, support in the community as well as teaching life skills at our community hubs. Founded in 2010, the County Care Group has since become a leading specialist support and care provider in Hampshire, Surrey and Lincolnshire; working closely with the local County Councils. Our mission is to support every person who requires our services to define and achieve their life goals whilst maintaining their choice, dignity and independence. We will do this by working alongside each customer to understand their needs and support their growth, no matter how challenging their circumstances.

We had the BEST night ten pin bowling last night!

There were strikes, spares, near misses and plenty of laughs along the way, but most importantly, everyone had an amazing time. The competitive spirit definitely came out, and there were some impressive bowling skills on show! 💪🎳

⚡🎉 30 Years of Pokémon, and they were EVERYWHERE yesterday! 🎉⚡

Holbeach was taken over as we celebrated 30 years of Pokémon with Pikachu and friends popping up in all sorts of places!

They joined us at Project Radio 🎙️, helped out at Project Café Holbeach ☕, explored the garden 🌿, supervised the handymen 🔨… and even made their way down to Boston United Community Football Club ⚽ (because why not?!).

Who knew after 30 years Pokémon would still be causing this much excitement? 💛
