Did you know that around 64% of adults in England are overweight or living with obesity?

And for women, that figure is slightly higher. Not because we’re doing anything wrong, but because weight is influenced by so many factors. Hormones, family history, stress, lifestyle, health conditions and the environment we live in.

Obesity isn’t a personal failure.

Obesity is not a reflection of who you are.

When a baby takes their first step and then lands on their bottom, we don’t criticise the fall.
We clap the step.
We cheer the effort.
We celebrate the courage to try.

Somehow, as adults, we forget that.
We focus on the slip-up.
The wobble.
