Every single one of us needs to think about . We need to set them in our personal lives and our work lives. Boundaries are about preserving our identity and enabling us to thrive. However they are even more important when we have poor mental health, because we need to set them to help ourselves get well quicker.
The difficult part is that we often feel least able to set boundaries when we most need them. We'll be posting more about boundaries this month: how to know when we need them and how to start setting them.
