How are we Al doing ladies im not going to lie I feel bloody shocking im so Anxious it's unreal im not a anxious person so it's bloody hard work at mo I feel like I'm on a slide sliding back down to bottom just when I thought iv got this I can do this n then bam if you have anything you take or do to help this or anything else then shout pip it on here or if you have something n your not sure if it is peri related pip it on here cus you wouldn't believe what symptoms are it's not just about the flushing cus some of you say im ok im not going though it cus I don't flush first of all your bloody lucky secondly youv probably got other things that you don't thi k is to do with it how many of you have a pain in the your foot yes I said foot I got this about 8yrs ago at the vert start of it n a lit of us get it just have a think 🤔

Well I'm really tired today n sweating like a good one I'm not feeling the love today even been told I don't look well so I must look s**t lol but I am struggling a lot I was feeling a lot better for a few weeks but it's hit me again like brick round back of my head I'm not liking it at all

Hi ladies hope this page will help seome of you some of you know how much I'm struggling vwith this crappy thing is ladies have to go though it's hit me like bus n not having my mum or anyone in my family older than you me
Omg IV realised I'm the oldest meber of my hole family s**t IV just put 50 yes on myself 👵
Anyway back to the group
I joined UK menopause group which IV learnt a fair bit about it all you can add ppl but as iv said only menopausal ladies don't want everyone's crap web got enough to cope with
You can vent cry scream shout and curse about how you are feeling put fun things up just get it all out since being part big the UK group IV learnt about symptoms ladies are having getting and knowing I'm not going bloody mad well hoping bin not going mad
