Due to the volume of calls combined with a poor mobile signal in the clinic meaning some calls are not even coming up as missed PLEASE leave your name and contact number and I assure you, we will call you back when we can and we have a good enough signal.

Missed calls can get missed if we dont have a message to follow up. We understand people can feel uncomfortable leaving a message but just your name and phone number would be greatly appreciated. You can also text, whatsapp and message through Facebook. We are also working on having someone on reception to handle enquiries once per week and will update on this.

We are now in our clinic on Lindum Grove and open to clients tomorrow. Please bear with us whilst we are settling in - it's been a bit like moving house and we're still finding a place for everything.

As many of you know Natasha and Georgia joined me in February following my hospital admission to help take care of some clients for me, with plans to keep things running when I go for my operation. I still dont have a date but things are working well so we will continue as we are. It's also been beneficial for me to have extra admin time and for mum duties too.

Natasha is currently working 2 days per week, generally Thursday and Friday, and I'm in Monday to Wednesday (unless we swap a day). Georgia works on a Saturday, around 2 a month for now but will be happy to increase on demand.

For now we still have just one client chair for foot health care but will be offering ear wax removal in a separate room at the same time on some occasions. We have spoken about increasing to two chairs for foot health care but we will seek client feedback and see how this would logistically work.

I'd like to thank clients that have been so understanding when there's been a change of practitioner. We will try our best to work around client needs such as preferred days/times and practitioner, where availability allows.

What do we offer at Chapel Foot Clinic ??

Zoe, Natasha and Georgia are all qualified and insured Foot Health Practitioners.

The clinic setting is professional and hygienic and
all equipment is fully sterilised.

We offer foot health care which includes creating a client file, discussing and documenting the clients medical history, an assessment of the clients foot health, identifying and treating conditions such as Fungal Nail, Athletes Foot, Verruca, Corns and Callus. We cut and file toenails and reduce thickened nails. We treat ingrown and involuted toenails. We're qualified to treat Diabetic patients. We can offer Neuropathy Testing. We also offer dressings/paddings. Zoe also offers Onyfix, a nail correction system.

We always recommend a full treatment for your first appointment so we can offer advice and make recommendations for future treatment.

We offer Dr's Remedy Nail Polish as a finishing touch to your foot health care treatment.

Zoe and Natasha are also qualified in Ear Wax Removal and offer Irrigation or refer for Microsuction.

Today was the last working day in the clinic on Ancaster Avenue. We've got a couple of days of hard work ahead of us ready to open the new clinic to clients on Thursday 2nd April. Hoping everything goes smoothly so that this is achievable 🤣😂
